Open arc hardfacing flux cored wires with simple welding process and low costs.
Hardness: ≥58HRC as welded over 3 layers.
There are Mo, B, V of the wire, so the wear resisitance and toughness of the deposited metal is higher than high Cr alloy.
Excellent impact adaptability and wear resistance.
Applications:
Suitable for hardfacing components that withstand heavy abrasion wear under moderate impact, such as, coal mill roller & table, chute, bell, screw conveyor impeller, mineral equipment, building material machinery etc
Notes:
1. Remove fatigue layer, oil and rust.
2. The thickness of the deposited layer should be less than 50mm.
3. Unmachinable except by grinding.
4. Stored in cool and dry place, use up within three days once opened
